Your jungle oasis awaits you. From the moment you pull into the driveway, to that first sunrise overlooking the ocean and jungle views with a fresh coffee. You will be hooked. This modern home is tucked at the top of the hill just above town. With panoramic ocean and jungle views - and infinity pool to soak in while enjoying the views. The home has two bedrooms, each with a king bed, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, a loft upstairs with two twin beds and wrap around decks. Enjoy your meals at the window bar just outside the kitchen windows or the open kitchen island. The house has mini split A/C units in each bedroom and the loft. The hill does require a 4x4 vehicle or quad for access. ***Costa Rica is very much the jungle - meaning there are insects, reptiles, snakes etc in the wild here - this is all part of the adventure of Costa Rica - you will likely not even see them - but we like to set expectations :) *** Santa Teresa is a growing town - and there is construction throughout town. There may be some noise and congestion on the hill at times during work hours***

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
